Please get in touch if you think you would benefit from our consultancy services. We are happy to offer these to any business that works closely with policy and cooperation, whether you are an older firm or one that is working with new staff from online mba programs and need a way of bringing everything up to speed in a short space of time.
Our head office in Germany serves as the main point of contact for clients and partners. All projects in developing and transition countries around the globe are coordinated from our office in Kirchheim unter Teck. The project managers located here keep a constant eye on the objectives and progress of individual projects. They coordinate the activities of the specialists and ensure smooth communication among all parties involved. They work hand in hand with the heads of our eight departments who make decisions on technical matters and provide back-up support. Roughly 20 employees in the head office work together to ensure the on-site experts can fully concentrate on their work.
Over 150 experts are contracted by AGEG on a regular basis. Strongly tied to the company and its success, about 30 of them are shareholders in AGEG Consultants eG, a registered co-operative since 1989. Another 50 regularly work with us as associated specialists, and at least 80 experts are employed within long-term projects. In addition, we have access to over 4,000 professionals who have registered their qualifications with us. Together, they cover the broad range of skills required by our different areas of operation. Key criteria for cooperation are highest technical skills and proven cross-cultural competences/cultural sensitivity.
