Cooperation Policy & Partnerships
- Germany / Multi-region: Evaluated the KVP Chamber and Association Partnership Programme of the German Savings Bank Foundation as Senior Evaluator, funded by BMZ.
- Ghana: Conducted a mid-term review of the Hamburg Chamber of Commerce partnership with the Sekondi-Takoradi Chamber of Commerce and Industry as International Evaluator, funded by BMZ via sequa.
- Africa / Germany: Provided intermitting technical advice to the African-German Youth Initiative supporting TVET student exchanges between African countries and Germany as Technical Advisor, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
- Germany: Headed the AGEG Human Rights and Governance and Economic Development departments, steering cooperative expert services and industry representation as Department Head, funded by multiple donors.
- Germany / Latin America & Caribbean: Led the regional department for Latin America and the Caribbean, managing cooperation projects with EuropeAid, GTZ, KfW, IDB, and World Bank as Project Manager.
- Germany / Global: Ran an independent consulting practice linking German clients with partners in emerging markets and providing coaching to young professionals as General Manager.
- Multi-country: Contributed as Evaluator, Expert, and Monitor across EU EDF Phare and other programmes focused on sector partnerships and cooperation models in Latin America, Eastern Europe, and Africa, funded by the EU.
