- Latin America & Caribbean: Led a study on TVET impact measurement for the BMZ-IDB cooperation on labor market relevance and green economic development as Team Leader, funded by BMZ and IDB.
- Multi-country: Evaluated the STDF project on Global Phytosanitary Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures, and Training Kits under the WTO as Lead Evaluator, funded by WTO STDF.
- Guyana: Evaluated the Guyana Training Agency technical and vocational training programme as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- Latin America: Led the evaluation of the International Leadership Training on Sustainable Management for technical and management staff as Lead Evaluator, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
- Southern Africa: Delivered the International Leadership Training on Innovative Regional Economic Development and Trade Promotion for SADC professionals as Trainer, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
- Central America: Designed and delivered an entrepreneurial skills development programme for disadvantaged youth within the SICA framework as Trainer, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
- Malaysia: Delivered monitoring and evaluation training on performance indicators and impact strategies for the Malaysian Ministry of Education as Consultant, funded by the Asian Development Bank.
