  • Jordan: Conducted the central project evaluation of the E4DE entrepreneurship and sustainable employment programme as Senior Evaluator, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
  • Sierra Leone: Led the final evaluation of the West African Competitiveness Programme WACOMP on value chains, industry performance, and regional trade as Team Leader, funded by the EU.
  • Kenya: Identified and appraised youth jobs and skills projects for the Kenya country programme as Employment and Entrepreneurship Expert, funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland.
  • Uruguay: Monitored the INTEGRA Sector Assistance Programme for Social and Territorial Cohesion supporting decentralization and economic investment as European Monitor, funded by the EU.
  • Bosnia & Herzegovina: Led the final impact evaluation of the Credit and Business Support for Housing and Economic Development project targeting poverty reduction in post-conflict regions as Lead Evaluator, funded by SIDA.
  • Belize: Advised on EU programming on economic diversification and SME strategies for rural Northern Belize as Business Development Specialist, funded by the EU.
  • Guatemala: Identified and designed a sector programme for competitiveness and sustainable growth targeting micro and small businesses as Employment and Competitiveness Expert, funded by the EU.
  • Germany: Headed the AGEG economic development department, managing an employment promotion and LED expert services portfolio as Department Head, funded by multiple donors including BMZ.
  • Brazil / Nicaragua / El Salvador: Delivered project management and methodological backstopping for microfinance and SME finance projects focused on employment and income generation as Consultant, funded by BMZ via GTZ.
