Trade Integration & Economic Policy
- Ukraine: Assessed the implementation of trade-related provisions of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement as Lead Evaluator, funded by BMZ, EU, and NORAD via GIZ.
- West Africa: Advised WATIP II on ECOWAS trade policy, AfCFTA harmonization, and corridor transport facilitation as International Senior Strategic Advisor, funded by BMZ, EU, and World Bank via GIZ and GFA.
- West Africa / ECOWAS: Evaluated ECOWAS Common External Tariff training design and delivery under the WATIP project as Evaluator and Team Leader, funded by the EU and Germany via GIZ.
- Indonesia / ASEAN: Developed an M&E system for the EU-ASEAN COMPASS project on regional trade integration progress and statistics as Planning and Monitoring Expert, funded by the EU.
- Ghana: Led the mid-term evaluation of the TRAQUE trade-related assistance and quality enabling programme as Evaluator and Team Leader, funded by the EU.
- Finland / Tanzania / Denmark: Contributed as Entrepreneurship Expert to the evaluation of Finnish Aid for Trade covering private sector development policies and Finnfund investment as Evaluator and Expert, funded by MFA Finland.
- Belgium: Assessed concept notes and full applications for the EU Investing in People call on social inclusion and informal economy employment as Expert Assessor, funded by the EU.
- Germany / EU: Conducted a multi-country study on intra-EU trade statistics use by SMEs and other users as Consultant, funded by the European Commission via Planistat.
- Latin America / Eastern Europe / Asia: Delivered trade, competitiveness, and investment advisory assignments across multiple countries as Consultant, Trainer, and Evaluator, funded by BMZ, EU, and ADB.
