- Sierra Leone: Led the final evaluation of the West African Competitiveness Programme WACOMP on value chains, industry, and regional trade as Team Leader, funded by the EU.
- Paraguay / Peru / Mexico / Central America / Cuba: Evaluated the DGRV cooperative programmes supporting rural financial services and savings and credit cooperatives as Evaluator, funded by BMZ via DGRV.
- Ghana: Led the mid-term evaluation of the TRAQUE trade-related assistance and national quality infrastructure programme as Evaluator and Team Leader, funded by the EU.
- Guatemala: Identified and designed a sector programme for competitiveness and sustainable growth for micro and small businesses as Employment and Competitiveness Expert, funded by the EU via AGEG and Pohl Consulting.
- Belize: Advised on EU programming on economic diversification and SME strategies for rural Northern Belize as Business Development Specialist, funded by the EU.
- Cape Verde: Led the formulation of a Vocational Training Sector Programme covering private sector development, entrepreneurship, and microcredit as Business Development Specialist, funded by Luxembourg Development.
- West Africa: Advised WATIP II on ECOWAS trade facilitation, AfCFTA policy alignment, and private sector and civil society dialogue as International Senior Strategic Advisor, funded by BMZ, EU, and World Bank via GIZ and GFA.
- Latin America / Eastern Europe / Asia: Delivered SME support, export promotion, and investment facilitation advisory services across multiple countries as Consultant, funded by BMZ, EU, and ADB.
