Stabilization & Reconstruction
- Jordan: Conducted the central project evaluation of E4DE entrepreneurship and employment to support economic resilience as Senior Evaluator, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
- Equatorial Guinea: Conducted a preparatory study for the 10th European Development Fund covering economic development strategy, business environment, and regional integration as European Economy and Employment Expert, funded by EU EDF via ACE/AGEG.
- Bosnia & Herzegovina: Led a final impact evaluation of the Credit and Business Support for Housing and Economic Development project targeting poverty reduction in post-conflict regions as Lead Evaluator, funded by SIDA.
- Suriname: Evaluated the Micro Projects Programme II on poverty reduction, civil society strengthening, and community dialogue as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- Belize: Evaluated the Micro-Enterprise Credit Scheme managed by the Social Investment Fund to assess poverty-targeted credit delivery as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- Guyana: Conducted a mid-term evaluation of the Linden Economic Advancement Programme on regional restructuring and economic diversification as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- São Tomé & Príncipe: Managed the UNDP country programme covering economic transition planning, contract management, and advisory missions to PALOPs as Programme Officer, funded by UNDP.
