Sustainable Development

  • Ecuador: Conducted a mid-term review of the REDD Early Movers programme on forest protection and climate finance mechanisms as Lead Evaluator, funded by KfW and Norway NICFI.
  • Brazil: Evaluated the Green Markets and Sustainable Consumption project on organic and biodiversity-based supply chains in Amazonia as International Evaluator, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
  • Germany: Developed a needs analysis and concept for extracurricular education for sustainable development in Hamburg’s state master plan as Technical Expert, funded by the Hamburg Citizens’ Foundation.
  • Peru / Egypt: Strengthened governance and organizational development of Green Climate Fund direct access entities through the CPDAE Community of Practice as Technical Expert, funded by GCF via GIZ.
  • Costa Rica: Led a meta-analysis of 25 SDG-related evaluations under the FOCEVAL programme in Latin America as Lead Evaluator, funded by DEval and BMZ.
  • Central America / Colombia / Mexico: Evaluated the capacity development programme on policy coherence for a sustainable energy policy as Evaluator, funded by BMZ via GIZ.
  • Latin America / Africa / Asia: Designed and evaluated projects linking employment, poverty reduction, and environment across multiple countries as Evaluator and Consultant, funded by BMZ, EU, and SIDA.
