- North Macedonia: Led the evaluation of IPA II programmes on private sector development including internal market strengthening and EBRD SME schemes as Lead Evaluator, funded by the EU.
- Ghana: Led the mid-term evaluation of the TRAQUE trade-related assistance and quality infrastructure programme as Evaluator and Team Leader, funded by the EU.
- Bangladesh: Supported the Team Europe Initiative on Decent Work in building its M&E framework and evidence base for policy dialogue as Technical Expert, funded by the EU via DAI.
- Indonesia / ASEAN: Developed a tailored M&E system for the EU-ASEAN COMPASS project on regional integration progress and statistics as Planning and Monitoring Expert, funded by the EU.
- Caribbean: Evaluated the Caribbean University Level Programme CARIFORUM on regional professional capacity development across Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Barbados, and Trinidad and Tobago as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- Guyana: Evaluated the Linden Economic Advancement Programme LEAP and the Guyana Training Agency TVET programme as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- Belize / Suriname: Evaluated EU EDF micro-project and micro-enterprise credit programmes targeting poverty reduction and community development as Evaluator, funded by EU EDF.
- Latin America / Eastern Europe / Africa: Contributed as Expert, Evaluator, and Monitor across multiple EC, EDF, and Phare-funded programmes on private sector development, employment, and regional integration in various countries, funded by the EU.
